Lorna Dever leads this weekly exercise class using Body & Spirit Aerobics videos by Dick Nunez of the Black Hills Health and Education Center. Workout videos include Aerobics for the Elderly, Beginning Exercises, Joint Problems, Lower Body Challenged, and Upper Body Aerobics. Each session lasts for 30 minutes and is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a hand towel with you to class.
