Support the library

There are any number ways you can help your public library. For example:

Donate books and other materials. We gratefully accept books and other materials that are clean and in good condition. We cannot promise that we will add your donations to our collections, but they still help the library! Any materials that are not added to the collections are sold by the Friends of the Library at their periodic book sales to raise money for library improvements.

Volunteer. Contact either library and ask about opportunities for volunteers. We would be lost without our wonderful volunteers!

Join the Friends of the Library. The Friends of the Library publish a newsletter, operate a small bookstore in the lobby of the library, conduct book sales, and sponsor public lectures and other programs. Click here for more information.

Serve on the Library Board of Trustees or attend the meetings (held at 5:00pm on the fourth Thursday of every other month). Click here for more information.
