The Saluda Community Library is our full-service branch library, located at the north end of Saluda’s main street (map). We have books, DVDs, magazines, public computer access and Wi-Fi, and more. Come and see us!
Pre-School Storytime is on Thursdays at 12:30pm. This 30 minute program featuring books and stories followed by a craft, snack, or activity is recommended for children ages 3-5.
March 6th: Dr. Seuss! (Craft: One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish)
March 13th: St. Patrick’s Day! (Snack: Shamrock Cucumber Sandwiches)
March 20th: Spring! (Craft: Windchimes)
March 27th: Ducks! (Craft: Paper Plate Ducks)
Afternoon Adventures is designed for children in grades K-5. This program is held on 1st & 3rd Tuesdays at 4pm. Afternoon Adventures is made possible through a grant from the Polk County Community Foundation.
NOTE: THIS MONTH (MARCH 2014) AFTERNOON ADVENTURES WILL BE ON THE 2ND AND 3RD TUESDAY!
March 11th: Zumba Kids!
Professional Zumba Kids instructor Tonya Lindsey will teach a 45 minute class. Healthy snacks will be served after.
March 18th: Board Games!
Come play your favorite games such as Monopoly, Sorry, and Uno. Snacks will be provided.
