Oct 9: Magnet Magic We'll learn what items are magnetic and do magnet painting, mazes, and more! Oct 16: Intro to Ornithology An ecoEXPLORE program, presented by the NC Arboretum. Learn all about our feathery friends and go on a short birding walk. Find out how you can earn your Ornithology Field Badge and a free pass to The Great Backyard Bird Count Day on February 16. For ages 5 to 13 but all ages are welcome to attend! Oct 23: Grossology Ewww! Let's get disgusting with gooey, yucky science experiments. Oct 30: Spooky Science Zani Scientists will teach us how to build a haunted house, make Halloween slime, and more!
