Reserve a Room

Community Rooms at the Columbus and Saluda Library are available for meetings, programs and gatherings. 

Community Rooms are available during regular library hours for meetings and events that are free, open to the public, and non-commercial in nature.  For further details, please see our Community Room Policy.

To accommodate demand, please limit community room use to twice a month.

Study Rooms at the Columbus Library are available for studying, projects, and small group meetings. 

One of the two study rooms may be reserved in advance, for open hours between 9am and 5pm. Outside of reservations, both study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

To accommodate demand, please limit study room reservations to twice a week.

Room Features

Columbus Community Room

  • Whiteboard and markers
  • Ceiling-mounted projector, sound system, and screen
  • Tables and chairs may be arranged as needed
    • 10 tables, measuring 2’x6′ each
    • 55 chairs (may be stacked when not in use)
  • Wi-fi
  • Maximum capacity:  75 people

Saluda Community Room

  • Whiteboard and markers
  • Ceiling-mounted projector, sound system, and screen
  • Tables arranged in a board meeting configuration.  You can rearrange the rest of the room as needed.
  • Wi-fi
  • Maximum capacity:  50 people

Columbus Study Rooms

  • Tables and chairs
  • Wi-fi
  • Maximum capacity:  5 people

Room reservations may be made between 1 day and 3 months in advance, for up to three hours at at time.
