Bilingual Storytime

Note: A free bilingual book will be given to each family who attends the October 2nd bilingual storytime!

Join us with special guest Colleen Abril for a monthly bilingual storytime! Ms. Colleen has  a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and has tutored students in ESL and Spanish for over 20 years. Listen to stories and sing songs in both Spanish and English. Best for ages 3 to 5 years old.

¡Únase a nosotros con la invitada especial Colleen Abril para un programa bilingüe mensual! La Sra. Colleen tiene una licenciatura en español y ha enseñado a estudiantes en ESL y español por más de 20 años. Escucha cuentos y canta canciones tanto en español como en inglés. Niños y sus familias están invitados a escuchar cuentos y canciones en español y Inglés . El programa será una vez al mes para las edades 3 – 5 años.

Play the Burger Up board game and Nintendo Wii U with friends, and make candy apples!

Oct. 9: Literary Pumpkins
Decorate a pumpkin based off of your favorite book or book character and enter it into the library's contest. All materials will be provided but bring props from home if desired.

Oct. 16: Movie Matinee
Watch the 2018 spooky thriller The House With a Clock in its Walls, about a boy who goes to live with his oddball uncle in a creaky old house, and enjoy popcorn and drinks.

Oct. 23: Gingerbread House
Create a group gingerbread house masterpiece with other teens to be entered into the Grove Park Inn's annual competition.

Oct 30: Games & Snacks
Play Nintendo Wii U with friends and enjoy Halloween snacks!
