Join us for books, songs, and a craft or activity! Storytime is designed for ages 2-5. The 4th week of the month are "A Sprinkle of Spanish" storytimes. Partnership for Children of the Foothills also hold their free Circle of Parents program in the Columbus Library meeting room from 9-11am on Wednesdays!

Join us for a presentation about birds of western North Carolina! Topics will include the value of birds, food requirements, the importance of native plants, migration, bird identification tips, and interesting facts about some of our local birds, including pictures and songs of many birds found in our region.

Presenter Tom Tribble served six years as President and is now an At-Large Director of Blue Ridge Audubon Chapter. Tom has been an Audubon member and avid birder for more than 45 years.

Celebrate American history through a timeline of music! From tribal songs of the early Native Americans, to influential anthems of the civil rights movement, this show leaves few songs unsung. Audience interaction abounds with sing-alongs in this original concert. Designed for ages 4-10, but all ages welcome.
