Creating Trails & Greenways 07/08/2025 , 2:00 PM at PCPL Saluda Creating Trails & Greenways Conserving Carolina has permanently protected over 49,000 acres of forest, farmland, wetlands, and other significant landscapes in their service area which includes Polk County. Did you know that they also build trails and work with local communities to plan greenways? Kristin Cozza, Trails and Greenways Manager, will give an overview of Conserving Carolina’s existing trail and greenway projects and provide an update on their ongoing efforts to promote public access to the special places they help to protect, including their role in advancing greenway projects across the region.
