Join Allie every month for a fun, themed session of kids’ yoga! Through song, mindfulness, and movement, we will stretch our bodies and calm our minds. Please wear comfy clothes to move in – yoga mats will be provided. Recommended for ages 5-9. Registration is required for each class, and space is limited. January 28: Radical Raptors – Learn about birds of prey, understand the role they play in our ecosystem, and discover how we can help protect them. Meet special winged ambassadors and hear about what makes them unique among our native species.

February 25: Marvelous Mammals – Join a park naturalist and animal ambassadors to learn all about the Appalachian Mountains’ many mammals. Discover all their special characteristics and what makes them thrive in Western North Carolina.

March 25: Nocturnal Animals – Get to know our native nocturnal species and what makes them all so very unique. Meet a couple special animal ambassadors and see the incredible characteristics of these creatures.
