The Friends of the Library organization is sponsoring a book sale at the Polk County Public Library in Columbus!

Hours:
Wed., Apr. 20 (FOL members only): 4:30-7:30
Thurs., Apr. 21 (open to public): 9:00-7:30
Fri., Apr. 22 (open to public): 9:00-5:30
Sat., Apr. 23 (open to public, $5 bag sale): 9:00-3:30

Books, DVDs, CDs, and audio materials withdrawn from the library or donated by the community will be sold. Prices are $1.00 for hardbacks and “trade” paperbacks and $0.50 for paperbacks. This year there is a large selection of young adult, children’s, and large print books and thousands of books on other topics.

All proceeds from the sale are used by the FOL to support programs and projects of the Polk County Public Library which includes the Columbus and Saluda libraries.

The FOL welcomes new members to assist in supporting the library in its efforts to enhance reading and literacy in the community.
