Reserve a Room
*Please note that as we recover from Hurricane Helene, the study room time limit has been reduced to 1.5 hours due to high demand. Saluda Library is currently closed.*
Community Rooms at the Columbus and Saluda Library are available for meetings, programs, and gatherings.
Community Rooms are available during regular library hours for meetings and events that are free, open to the public, and non-commercial in nature. Please reserve the room for the total amount of time needed, including set up and clean up. For further details, please see our Community Room Policy.
If an event in the Community Room includes attendees participating in a physical activity, it is the organizer’s responsibility to have all individuals sign and submit a liability waiver. Links to the waivers are posted below, and are also available from library staff.

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation start time, your reservation will be canceled.
Study Rooms at the Columbus and Saluda Library are available for studying, projects, and small group meetings.
There are two large study rooms and two small study rooms at Columbus Library, and one large study room and one small study room at Saluda Library. Study Room B at both libraries contains a toy box with kids activities, sensory objects, and a soft mat that can be used on the floor. These items can help kids entertain themselves while parents work and can also create a comfortable spot for those with sensory processing differences.
To accommodate demand, please limit study room reservations to twice a week.

- Maximum capacity: 2 people
Community Room reservations may be made between 24 hours and 3 months in advance, for up to 3 hours at at time.
Study Room reservations may be made between 15 minutes and 3 months in advance, for up to 3 hours at at time. *Note: The study room time limit is temporarily 1.5 hours, as we are experiencing a high demand due to Hurricane Helene.*
