Columbus Children's Area Closed 10/11/2021 - 10/30/2021 , 12:00 AM The children’s area at Columbus Library will be closed for renovations from October 11th-30th. Come visit us in November to see our new look! Don’t forget to stock up on books before the 11th, or check out titles from the NC Digital Library using the Libby app.

Drive-In Movie Night 10/22/2021 , 6:30 PM Drive-In Movie Night Friday, October 22nd \| The Meeting Place Trivia at 6:30pm Movie at 7pm Join Polk County Senior Services and Polk County Public Libraries for a FREE drive-in movie night! Bring your family to see Hocus Pocus (rated PG) at The Meeting Place (75 Carmel Lane, Columbus). The movie will begin at 7pm. Popcorn will be provided. Arrive early (6:30pm) to play trivia with Polk County Public Libraries! A movie prize pack will be awarded to the winning team.
