November’s Spice: Everything Bagel Seasoning
Recipe: Three Ingredient Bagels
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain Greek non-fat yogurt
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Combine yogurt and flour until all the flour is mixed into the yogurt and dough forms a ball.
- Lightly flour a cutting board. Knead the dough for about 30 seconds.
- Cut the dough into 4 equal parts. If dough is sticky, lightly flour your hands. Roll each dough piece into a ball. Lightly flour your finger, then poke it in the center of the dough ball to create a hole. Gently stretch out the center hole to be about 1” wide and shape the the dough into a bagel shape.
- Place bagels on prepared baking sheet far enough apart to give room for them to rise. Allow to rest for about 15 minutes.
- Brush egg wash or water over the bagels. Sprinkle seasoning on top of bagels.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
