Wrap It Up

Come wrap gifts at the library! Wrapping paper and bows will be available. You can bring your own gifts to wrap, or help wrap gifts for the Christmas Cheer on Wheels program.
We are also collecting donations for Polk County Senior Services’ Christmas Cheer on Wheels! They will deliver shoeboxes filled with gifts to Polk County’s homebound senior citizens. Donation bins are in the lobby of Columbus and Saluda Library, and we will collect the following items through Saturday, December 11th (all gift items must be new/unopened):
-Shoeboxes
-Wrapping paper
-Washcloths and hand towels
-Gender neutral socks, scarves, and gloves
-Personal hygiene items (lotion, body wash, tissues, chapstick)
-Other miscellaneous small items such as games, puzzles, activity books, colored pencils, pens, snacks, hot chocolate packets, mugs, knickknacks, Christmas ornaments, etc.
-Christmas cards or notes of cheer
